(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Friday Investment Manager Mark Sheppard bought shares worth a combined GBP375,000 in the investment company after a pair of transactions on Thursday and Friday.
Sheppard acquired 50,000 shares at 512 pence each worth GBP256,000 on Thursday. This purchase was followed by a further GBP120,320 deal through the acquisition of 23,500 shares at the same price.
Shares in Manchester & London closed 1.2% lower at 510.00 pence on Friday, giving it a market capitalisation of about GBP154 million.
The total holding of Sheppard after the transactions was not disclosed.
