(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company in a transaction on Tuesday.
Sheppard disposed of 25,000 shares at a price of 550 pence each, totalling GBP137,500.
His resulting holding, if any, was not reported.
Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed 0.4% lower in London on Tuesday at 552.00p each.
