(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company in a transaction on Monday.
Sheppard disposed of 25,000 shares at a price of 547.5 pence each, worth GBP136,875.
It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Sheppard holds following the sale.
Manchester & London Investment Trust shares closed 2.0% higher in London on Monday at 554.00p each.
