Lloyds Banking Group - UK's largest mortgage lender - Chief Executive Antonio Lorenzo sells 2.75 million shares at 44.80 pence, worth about GBP1.2 million, on Friday last week.

Nanosynth Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based digital monitoring and safeguarding systems manufacturer formerly known as Remote Monitored Systems - Group Marketing Manager Chantal Edghill buys 238,095 shares at 0.63 pence each, worth GBP149,999,on Tuesday last week.

Pires Investments PLC - London-based technology-focused investor - Raises GBP500,000 from placing of 12.5 million new shares at 4 pence per share. Says directors have subscribed, in aggregate, for 750,000 new ordinary shares as part of the placing.

Ergomed PLC- Guildford, England-based service provider to the biopharmaceutical industry - CFO Richard Barfield has sold 25,000 shares at a price of GBP11.70 per share, worth GBP292,500, on Friday last week.

ProCook Group PLC - Waterwells, Gloucester-based direct-to-consumer kitchenware retailer - Chief Executive Officer Daniel O'Neill buys 500,000 shares at 35 pence per share, worth GBP170, on Friday last week. Now has 38.2 million shares.

Airtel Africa PLC - telecommunications and mobile money services in Africa - Non-Executive Director John Danilovich purchases 62,000 shares at GBP1.59 per share, totalling GBP97,000 on Thursday last week.
