Ncondezi Energy Ltd - coal-fired power project in Mozambique - Non-Executive Director Scott Fletcher buys 2.2 million shares at average 4.79 pence, worth GBP105,380, on Monday. Fletcher, the compay's largest shareholder, joined the Ncondezi board at the end of October. He now has 59.1 million shares, a 16.9% stake.
