(Alliance News) - Knights Group Holdings PLC said Thursday that several directors in the company have sold shares.
Non-Executive Chair Balbinder Johal sold 490,000 shares at a price of 275 pence per share, for a total of GBP1.3 million.
Mark Beech, a person associated with Chief Executive Officer David Beech, disposed of 603,448 shares for 275p each, at a total of GBP1.7 million.
Finally, James Sheridan, who joined Knights after law firm Turner Parkinson was acquired by the group in 2018, sold 310,345 shares at the same period, for a total of GBP853,450.
It has not been disclosed how many shares any of the directors now hold overall.
Shares in the legal and professional services business closed 0.7% higher at 282.00 pence on Thursday.
