(Sharecast News) - Kingspan Group was at the top of the list of buys on Tuesday, after it disclosed a purchase worth more than €0.15m made by a non-executive director.
The company said Eimear Moloney acquired 2,000 shares at a price of €75.78 each, spending a total of €151,554.
On the selling side of things was Renewi, after its chief executive officer sold a number of incentive shares to cover tax obligations.
The firm said Otto de Bont vested 120,235 shares at nil cost under the 2019 grant of its long-term incentive plan, and sold 59,200 of them to cover withholding taxes and commissions.
De Bont sold the shares for 677p each, netting a total of £400,784 to remit to the revenue.
