(Alliance News) - Kape Technologies PLC on Wednesday said that Chief Financial Officer Moran Laufer and Non-Executive Director David Cotterrell acquired shares in the security software business.
Laufer purchased 24,000 Shares at 91 pence per share, equating to GBP21,840. Cotterrell bought 40,000 shares at 102p, totaling GBP40,800.
Following the transactions, Laufer now has a total beneficial interest in 74,000 shares, representing 0.05% of the current share capital of the company. Cotterrell owns 88,544 shares, representing 0.06% of the current share capital of the company.
Kape Technologies shares on Wednesday closed at 102.50p, up 1.5%.
