DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Indivior Finance Chief Crossley Purchases Shares

(Alliance News) - Pharmaceutical company Indivior PLC said on Tuesday that its Finance Chief Mark Crossley has purchased 63,291 shares in total.

Crossley, who is also the company's operations chief, bought the shares at USD0.73 each, for a total of around USD46,290.

It was not disclosed how many shares, if any, that Crossley had prior to Tuesday's transaction.

Shares in Indivior remained flat at 59.68 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
