DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Fintel interim chair sells; THG non-exec buys

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Fintel PLC - Huddersfield, England-based technology and support for retail financial services sector - Interim Non-Executive Chair Ken Davy sells 2.7 million shares via three trusts at 220p, worth GBP5.9 million, on Wednesday. Davy retains 26.1 million shares, a 28.6% stake, and has told Fintel he won't sell more shares for the next six months. Davy stepped up to interim chair late last month, after Gary Hughes stepped down for "personal reasons" just six months into the job.

Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, Surrey-based motor insurance - Claims Director Trevor Webb and wife Kelly Webb buy 50,250 shares at 192.71 pence, worth GBP96,837, on Thursday. The Webbs now hold 1.3 million shares, a 0.5% stake.

THG PLC - Manchester-based online retail platform trading as The Hut Group - Non-Executive Director Damian Sanders buys 16,709 shares at 297.56p, worth GBP49,719, on Wednesday. THG shares have fallen by a third in the past three days, following a poorly received capital markets event on Tuesday.

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham-based renewable energy utility - Chief Financial Officer Rupert Sanderson sells 14,800 shares at 335.00p, worth GBP49,580, on Thursday.

Origin Enterprises PLC - Dublin-based agri-services - Chief Executive Officer Sean Coyle buys 10,000 shares at EUR3.20, worth EUR32,000, on Wednesday. Now has 85,000 shares.

Rathbone Brothers PLC - London-based investment and wealth manager - Non-Executive Director Dharmash Mistry buys 2,500 shares at GBP19.43, worth GBP48,570, on Thursday. Rathbone early Thursday said its third quarter was "strong" with funds topping GBP60 billion on the back of record inflows for its Rathbone Funds business. Rathbone ended September 30 with total funds under management & administration of GBP60.90 billion, rising 21% from GBP50.49 billion at the same point a year before.

Gulf Marine Services PLC - Abu Dhabi-based provider of support vessels for offshore oil, gas and renewables industries - Executive Chair Mansour Al Alami buys 529,800 shares at GBP0.043 each, worth GBP22,987, on Wednesday. Now has 2.2 million shares, a 0.2% stake.

Seraphine Group PLC - London-based maternity and nursing wear maker and retailer - Corrects announcement on September 23 of share purchases by CEO David Williams and Non-Executive Director Sharon Flood. Says Williams now has 1.8 million shares after buying 125,000 shares, while Flood is interested in 207,765 shares after buying 50,000.

REA Holdings PLC - oil palms in East Kalimantan, Indonesia - Director Richard Robinow buys 633,750 warrants via Emba Holdings Ltd at 6.5p each, worth GBP41,194, on Thursday.

Oscillate PLC - invests in medical cannabis and psychedelic sectors - Director Burns Singh Tennent-Bhohi buys 1.0 million shares at 2.02p, worth GBP20,200, on Wednesday. Now has 10.0 million shares, a 4.8% stake.

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC - Non-Executive Chair Clive Boothman buys 27,621 shares at 77p, worth GBP21,268, on September 23. Now has 113,749 shares, a less than 0.1% stake.
