Sayers retains 8.5 million shares, a 29.2% stake. Filta says Sayers has confirmed he currently has no intention of selling further shares.

Diaceutics PLC - Belfast-based diagnostic commercialisation firm - Chief Financial Officer Philip White sells 200,000 shares at 123p, worth GBP246,000, on Monday. Diaceutics says the sale was to settle a personal tax liability. White retains 1.8 million shares, a 2.1% stake.
