DIRECTOR DEALINGS: FDM executive team sell GBP30 million in shares

FDM Group Holdings PLC - London-based IT consultant and recruiter - Four top executives sell 2.6 million shares in total at GBP11.83, worth GBP30.4 million, on Tuesday. Chief Executive Officer Roderick Flavell sells 983,466 shares and Chief Operating Officer Sheila Flavell sells 982,948. They now each have 7.3 million shares, each 6.7% stakes. Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Brown sells 539,000 shares and now has 4.0 million, a 3.7% stake. Chief Financial Officer Michael McLaren and Paula McLaren sell 63,079 shares and now have 469,813 shares in total.

Whitbread PLC - Dunstable, Bedfordshire-based hospitality provider - Simon Ewins, managing director of Premier Inn UK, exercises options over 15,475 shares and sells all of them at GBP33.30, worth GBP515,318, on Thursday. Mark Anderson, MD of Property & International, and Sarah Anderson together sell 3,000 shares at GBP33.26, worth GBP99,780, on Wednesday.

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham-based renewable energy utility - Non-Executive Director Juliet Davenport sells 50,000 shares at GBP3.18, worth GBP158,812, on Tuesday.

Serabi Gold PLC - gold miner in Brazil - Chief Executive Mike Hodgson buys 48,000 shares and Finance Director Clive Line buys 35,000, both at GBP0.70 and together worth about GBP58,000, on Wednesday. Hodgson now has 70,066 shares, a 0.1% stake, and Line has 73,332.
