EnQuest PLC - oil and gas production in UK North Sea and Malaysia - Chief Executive Amjad Bseisu buys 398,384 shares via Double A Ltd at 25.2 pence, worth GBP100,393 on Friday last week. Bseisu had bought 1.1 million shares earlier last week and 2.5 million shares the week before.

UK Oil & Gas PLC - London-based exploration and production company focused on UK and Turkey - CEO Stephen Sanderson buys 942,507 shares at 10.61p, worth GBP100,000, on Friday last week. Now has 6.9 million shares.

Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Arnold Van Huet, managing director of Crest subsidiary, buys 123,500 shares at 81.0 pence, worth GBP100,035, on Thursday. Now has 10.1 million shares, a 3.4% stake.

Supreme PLC - Manchester-based battery, lighting & vaping manufacturer and distributor - Non-Executive Chair Paul McDonald buys 40,000 shares at 95.75p and 102.90p, worth GBP50,378, on Thursday and Friday. Now has 57,462 shares.

Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-based inventory monetisation platform - Company issues a total of 213.5 million shares, worth GBP179,361 at Monday's market price, as earn-out payments for 2021, as part of the acquisition of TradeFlow Capital Management. The shares are issued to Tom James, CEO & chief investment officer of TradeFlow, and John Collis, chief risk officer & head of compliance. Both also are executive directors of Supply@Me.
