LONDON (Alliance News) - Ebiquity PLC's Chief Financial & Operating Officer Alan Newman has bought 100,000 shares in the company, it said Wednesday.
Newman, on Tuesday, purchased the stock at a price of 44 pence each for GBP44,000, having held none before that. Shares were up 1.6% Wednesday at 43.70p.
On Monday, Ebiquity swung to an annual pretax loss of GBP2.5 million for 2018 from a profit of GBP2.7 million, partly due to increased headcount and investments made which did not lead to expected revenue growth.
