(Alliance News) - Diversified Gas & Oil PLC said Wednesday that Chair David Johnson bought around GBP72,330 in stock on Tuesday.
Johnson purchased 70,000 shares at an average price of 13.323 pence per share. Following this transaction, he now holds 300,000 shares overall.
Shares in the oil & gas firm closed 1.8% higher at 99.80 pence on Wednesday.
