(Alliance News) - Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC on Wednesday said two directors have reduced their shareholders in the company.
Executive Director Ian Page on Tuesday disposed of 200,000 Dechra shares for GBP29.17 each, for a total of GBP5.8 million. He now holds 586,650 shares, worth 0.6% of the company.
Non-Executive Chair Tony Rice disposed of 20,000 shares at GBP29.10, for a price of GBP581,994. He now has 20,000 shares.
Dechra said the shares were sold "to satisfy long-term personal financial planning considerations and widen their investment portfolios".
Dechra shares closed 0.9% higher on Wednesday at a price of 2,942.00 pence apiece.
