(Alliance News) - Crystal Amber Fund Ltd on Monday said an associate company of Non-Executive Director Jane Le Maitre acquired GBP10,044 worth of shares in a transaction on Thursday.
Joiedevie Ltd bought 7,500 shares at GBP1.34 each bringing Le Maitre's total shareholding to 13,500 shares, representing 0.01% of Crystal Amber Fund's issued share capital.
Shares in small and mid-cap UK equities investor Crystal Amber Fund closed down 3.5% at 124.00 pence in London on Monday.
