(Alliance News) - Speciality chemicals company Croda International PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director John Ramsay bought just shy of GBP81,000 shares in the firm.
Over two transactions on Friday, Ramsay bought 2,000 shares at GBP80,983 altogether.
In the first purchase, he bought 1,925 shares at GBP40.48 each before making a second of 75 shares at GBP40.75 each.
Croda shares ended Friday 2.5% higher at 4,174.55 pence each in London.
