LONDON (Alliance News) - Cineworld Group PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Scott Rosenblum bought 10,377 shares at a price of 345.9 pence per share last Thursday. The purchase represents his only holding in the multiplex chain.
On Friday, Cineworld had said that Chief Executive Moshe Greidinger and Chief Operating Officer Israel Greidinger together acquired at total of 1.6 million shares at a price of 340 pence each the previous Friday in a deal worth GBP5.4 million gross.
The Greidinger brothers had previously acquired 800,000 shares in April, and now hold 68 million shares, about 26% of the total.
Cineworld shares were trading down 0.8% at 346.20p Monday.
