(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd said on Tuesday that Labro Investments Ltd, an entity in which Chair Martin Andersson holds a beneficial interest, purchased another 25,000 shares in the company following a series of transactions.
The miner said Labro Investments purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 38.3 pence in a transaction on Monday, and now holds 161 million shares overall, representing 35% interest in Chaarat.
On Monday Chaarat Gold announced that Labro Investments purchased 213,719 shares, worth GBP81,288 while on Monday last week it was announced that Labro Investments acquired 128,500 shares in the company.
Chaarat Gold shares closed 0.7% lower in London at 36.45p each on Tuesday.
