(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Monday said Labro Investments Ltd, an entity in which Chaarat Chair Martin Andersson holds a beneficial interest, purchased 213,719 shares in the company, worth a total of GBP81,288.
The gold miner said Labro bought 40,437 shares on Wednesday, at a price of 37.9 pence each, in a transaction worth GBP15,291. On Thursday, it acquired 15,000 shares at a price 38.2p each, worth GBP5,730.
On Friday, Labro bought 158,282 shares at a price of 38.1p each, worth GBP60,297.
Following these transactions, Labro holds 146.6 million shares, representing 33% interest in the company.
Chaarat Gold shares closed 3.8% lower in London at 36.65p each on Monday.
