(Alliance News) - Capital Gearing Trust PLC on Tuesday said Director Graham Meek and a person closely associated with him acquired shares in the investment firm in two separate transactions on Monday.
Meek purchased 1,250 shares at a price of 4,285 pence each, worth GBP53,560. Meanwhile, Rosalind Meek bought 1,000 shares at the same price, totalling GBP42,847.
It has not been disclosed how many shares the two now hold following these purchases.
Capital Gearing Trust shares closed 0.1% higher in London on Tuesday at 4,299.00p each.
