DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Avingtrans Unit Boss Austen Adams Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - Avingtrans PLC said Friday a unit boss sold shares worth GBP72,036 in the engineering firm in a transaction on Thursday.

Austen Adams - the managing director of the Process Solutions & Rotating Equipment unit - sold 29,008 shares at 248.33 pence each. Shares in Huntingdon-based Avingtrans closed 1.6% lower at 247.00 pence in London on Friday.

After the sale, Adams held 5,000 shares in the AIM-listed firm.
