Ashmore Group PLC - emerging markets asset manager - Chief Executive Mark Coombs sells 8.5 million shares at 474 pence each on Wednesday last week, transaction worth GBP40.3 million. Ashmore that Wednesday reported a rise in profit for the first half of its financial year as well as growth in assets under management.

Royal Dutch Shell PLC - Anglo-Dutch oil major - Non-Executive Director Andrew Mackenzie buys 7,396 'B' shares at 1,345.20 pence each, worth GBP99,491, on Monday. On Thursday last week, Shell set out plans to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050, while at the same time shrinking debt and maintaining a "progressive dividend policy".

Audioboom Group PLC - podcast company - Says Candy Ventures SARL, which is closely associated with Audioboom Non-Executive Director Steven Smith, on Monday buys 1.5 million shares at 450 pence each. Following transaction, Candy Ventures will hold 2.2 million shares, or a 14% stake in Audioboom.
