(Alliance News) - Aberforth Split Level Income Trust PLC said Non-Executive Independent Director Lesley Jackson purchased shares in the investment firm following a transaction on Thursday.
Jackson acquired 32,728 shares at a price of 75.97 pence each, worth GBP24,864.
Aberforth shares closed 2.4% higher in London on Thursday at 75.84p each.
