(Alliance News) - BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust PLC said Monday it will not implement a semi-annual tender offer in May.
This is due to the investment trust's average share price discount over the six months to February 29 to net asset value cum income of 3.3%, as well as the current extreme volatility in the general market.
BlackRock Greater Europe said it will continue to monitor its discount to NAV.
Shares in BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust were down 0.1% at 305.85 pence on Thursday in London.
