(Alliance News) - Attraqt Group PLC said on Tuesday that Ivor Dunbar has stepped down from his role as non-executive deputy chair with immediate effect.
The company said Dunbar stepped down to to "focus on a legal matter unrelated to the company".
Chair Nick Habgood said: "Ivor has been a director of Attraqt since the company's IPO in 2014. Throughout this time he has proved to be a valued member of the board and I would like to thank him for his contribution to the business."
Attraqt Group shares closed 2.9% lower in London at 33.00 pence each on Tuesday.
