Panthera Resources PLC, up 20% at 11.95 pence, 12-month range 8.25p-39.00p. The gold exploration and development company is to buy its Indian joint venture partner Metal Mining India Private Ltd for AUD1.8 million, just under GBP1 million. Panthera to raise GBP780,000 in equity at 10.00p per share to help fund the MMI acquisition.

Oilex Ltd, up 7.2% at 0.22p, 12-month range 0.060p-0.51p. The Australian oil and gas exploration and production company wins well management contract for the Cambay field development in India, with a consortium comprising Manan Oilfield Services and Bedrock Drilling.

SysGroup PLC, down 13% at 26.00p, 12-month range 29.00p-33.50p. Shares in the IT services provider hit 12-mnth low as pandemic restrictions hurt ability to deliver in-person development of sales pipeline. For half year to September 30, expects revenue of GBP7.6 million, down from GBP9.0 million last year.
