(Alliance News) - XPS Pensions Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Punter will retire at the annual general meeting, to be held on September 12.
Punter was hired as part of an agreement with Punter Southall Group Ltd, which gives Punter Southall the right to one board member as long as it holds 10% or more of XPS Pensions.
Punter Southall has said, XPS added, it will not propose another appointment at the moment.
XPS Chair Tom Cross Brown said: "On behalf of the board, I thank Jonathan for his contribution to the board since his appointment."
XPS shares ended flat on Friday at a price of 119 pence each.
