LONDON (Alliance News) - XPS Pensions Group PLC said Monday it has appointed Sarah Ing as independent non-executive director.
She has 30 years experience in financial services, as a equity research analyst and founding and running a hedge fund investment management business.
Ing is also a non-executive director at CMC Markets PLC.
With Ing joining the board, XPS Pensions said John Batting and Jonathan Bernstein have stepped down from the board effective Monday.
XPS Pensions said its search for a new chief financial officer is "progressing well".
Shares in XPS Pensions closed down 0.7% Monday at 137.00 pence each.
