XPS Pensions Group PLC, up 2.9% at 141.00 pence, 12-month range 114.50p - 154.00p. The pensions consulting and administration firm appoints Alan Bannatyne as permanent chair, effectively immediately. Bannatyne has served as interim chair since September 8. In additional, Margaret Snowdon is appointed as permanent senior independent director, and Sarah Ing has been appointed as permanent chair of the audit & risk committee.

Chrysalis Investments Ltd, up 1.9% at 65.60 pence, 12-month range 51.00p - 258.00p. The technology and finance startups-focused investor says it is in discussions with Jupiter Asset Management in regard to its current performance fee arrangements. Explains overall performance fee level will be reduced from 20% to 12.5% and will be satisfied in shares. The 'high-water mark' set in September 2021 remains unchanged.

Petra Diamonds Ltd, down 4.7% at 90.50 pence, 12-month range 58.36p - 139.00p. Says there a low risk of further breaches at the tailings storage facility wall breach at the Williamson mine in Tanzania. Earlier this month, the South Africa and Tanzania-focused diamond miner said the eastern wall of the storage facility was breached due to flooding. Petra explains Williamson Diamonds Ltd, the owner and operator of the Williamson mine, has now constructed an initial six-metre-high wall to close the breached area. Petra has a 75% shareholding in Williamson Diamonds, with the government of Tanzania owning the remaining 25%.

Robert Walters PLC, down 0.7% at 568.00 pence, 12-month range 418.08p - 892.00p. The recruitment firm notes that Alan Bannatyne, its chief financial officer, has been appointed as non-executive chair at XPS Pensions Group PLC with immediate effect. Bannatyne has served on the board of XPS since 2017.
