(Alliance News) - XPS Pensions Group PLC said Co-Chief Executive Officer Ben Bramhall and Head of Advisory Patrick McCoy, as well as a person closely associated with McCoy, all purchased shares.
The pensions consultancy firm shares were purchased in three separate transactions on Monday.
Bramhall acquired 27,198 shares at a price of 110 pence each, totalling GBP29,918.
Meanwhile, Patrick and Claire McCoy bought 45,299 shares each at 109p per share, worth a combined GBP98,752.
Following the transaction, Bramhall's holding totalled 1.5 million shares, while the McCoys' resulting holding was not disclosed.
XPS Pensions shares closed 1.9% higher on Monday in London at 110.00p each.
