LONDON (Alliance News) - Advertising and PR giant WPP PLC Wednesday said its digital investment arm has bought up a minority stake in US content marketing software company, Percolate Industries Inc.
Ahead of its full-year results Thursday, WPP said the new stake in Percolate will enable multiple companies its owns to create streamlined and engaging content on behalf of their clients. The company did not disclose any financial details about the acquisition.
Earlier this week WPP said its wholly owned operating company JWT is acquiring creative digital marketing company Lemon Sky in Poland.
Shares in WPP closed down 0.2% at 1,339.886 pence per share Wednesday.
