Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC - London-based wealth manager - Appoints Joanna Hall as non-executive director with immediate effect. Most recent executive role was as interim Marketing & Innovation Director at AXA Health.

RBG Holdings PLC - London-based law firm - Appoints Patsy Baker and David Wilkinson as non-executive director with immediate effect. Baker was formerly a business development director at London-based public relations firm Bell Pottinger for 21 years from 1996 to 2017. Wilkinson meanwhile is chair at CH Bailey Group Ltd, a property developer and operator.
