CORRECT (Aug 1): Nigel Wray Now Holds 12% Stake In Tekcapital

(Correcting number of shares owned by Nigel Wray, whose stake declined due to a share placement undertaken by Tekcapital.)

(Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC said on Thursday that investor Nigel Wray's stake in the company has been reduced to 12% from 14%, following a recent share placement.

Wray holds 7.4 million shares in the intellectual property investment company.

Tekcapital in July launched a GBP750,000 share placing to fund further commercialisation of its portfolio of intellectual property.

Shares in Tekcapital were up 1.5% at 7.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
