LONDON (Alliance News) - Sirius Minerals PLC on Monday said it issued 17.2 million shares in response to bond conversion notices.
The FTSE 250 fertilizer mine development company said it received four conversion notices in respect of the USD106.6 million guaranteed convertible bonds due 2027, which were issued at the end of April and beginning of May.
Admission of the new shares to trading is expected on Thursday, following which the company will have 6.99 billion shares in issue.
Sirius Minerals shares were trading 0.4% higher at 16.07 pence each early Monday morning.
