(Alliance News) - Sophos Group PLC on Monday said Barclays PLC and UBS Group AG have built stakes in the software company following two separate transactions, both on Thursday last week.
As a result, Barclays and USB each now hold 6.1% interest in Sophos. The banks' previous holding in the firm was not disclosed.
Sophos shares closed 0.2% lower in London on Monday at 559.00 pence each.
