(Alliance News) - Strategic Minerals PLC on Monday said the broker option in its recent fundraising was fully-subscribed, meaning the firm has pocketed a total of GBP1.2 million.
The broker option allowed existing shareholders in the exploration firm to participate in the fundraising.
It secured GBP100,000 through the issue of 22.2 million shares at 0.45 pence.
The stock was down 1.1% at 0.48p each in London on Monday afternoon.
Strategic Minerals said it has secured GBP1.2 million from both the broker option, and a placing of 244.4 million shares at 0.45p announced last Thursday.
