(Alliance News) - Seneca Global Income & Growth PLC on Friday said it has hired Anne Gilding as a non-executive director effective from June 15.
Gilding is currently a non-executive director of Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC and a senior advisor to PR firm Peregrine Communications.
Over the last 25 years, she has led the development of global communications, branding and marketing solutions for companies including Impax Asset Management Group PLC and pharmaceutical company Vernalis Group PLC, the trust said.
"We are delighted that Anne has agreed to join the board and we look forward to benefiting from her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and communications," said Seneca Global Chair Richard Ramsay.
Seneca shares were trading 1.8% lower at 157.54 pence each on Friday afternoon in London.
