LONDON (Alliance News) - Signet Jewelers Ltd Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer Ronald Ristau has decided to to step down from the post with effect from July 31 and will be replaced by Senior Vice President Michele Santana.
Prior to joining Signet in 2010, Santana worked for accountancy firm KPMG LLP.
The stock was quoted up 0.3% at 6,470.00 pence Tuesday afternoon.
