Scapa Group PLC - Manchester-based medical devices and industrial adhesives - Wendy Baker, general counsel and company secretary, sells 14,285 shares at 222.04 pence each, worth GBP31,718, on Tuesday. Last week, Baker and an associate sold 21,386 shares. Last month, Scapa agreed to a GBP402.9 million cash takeover offer from US-based Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc, which is paying 210p per share.
