(Sharecast News) - Brand experience company SpaceandPeople has signed separate exclusive multi-year agreements with a further two former Intu shopping centres, it announced on Tuesday.
The AIM-traded firm said the deals were in the Metrocentre, Gateshead and The Potteries, Stoke-on-Trent, for the sale of short-term promotional and retail space.
"I am delighted to welcome these vibrant and exciting shopping centres to our portfolio of venues," said chief executive officer Nancy Cullen.
"This further strengthens SpaceandPeople's position as the leading provider of short-term retail and promotional space and our provision of high footfall destinations for brands, agencies and retailers who wish to buy physical space in venues to support and promote their brands.
"Metrocentre is a powerhouse destination in the North East of England and will be a significant and high-profile addition to our shopping centre network."
