* Norwegian gas exports total 347 mcm/day * Flows to Britain surge by 30 mcm/day OSLO, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Norway's pipeline natural gasexports to Europe were near full production capacity on Thursdaymorning after several outages ended, data from gas systemoperator Gassco showed. Flows through the Langeled pipeline, UK's main subsea gasimport route, rose by 18 million cubic metres on the day to arate of 71 mcm/day. Total exports were running at a rate of 347 mcm/day, thehighest level since end-December, close to full productioncapacity of around 350 mcm/day.
