Dec 23 (Reuters) - Brazilian antitrust regulator Cade isreviewing a proposed tie-up between sugar and ethanol producerRaizen Energia and trader Wilmar Sugar, according to anotice published on Wednesday in the government gazette DiarioOficial da Uniao.
The proposed joint venture, according to the notice, aims toexport Brazilian VHP sugar.
"The current supply relationship between RaÃzen and Wilmarwould be strengthened by this association," the companies saidin the notice.
RaÃzen, a joint venture between Cosan andAnglo-Dutch Shell, did not have immediate comment. (Reporting by Roberto Samora)
