LONDON (Alliance News) - IT managed services company Redcentric PLC on Wednesday said it is trading in line with its expectations and said it has appointed Fraser Fisher as its new chief executive officer.
The company said it has seen continued strong momentum in organic recurring revenue growth in the half to the end of September, with good contract wins secured and the integration of Calyx, acquired in April for GBP12 million, on track.
The company also said Fisher, currently its chief operating officer, will move to the role of chief executive from November 9, after the company has published its interim results. He takes over from Tony Weaver, who will step down but will remain with the company as a non-executive director.
Shares in Redcentric were up 1.8% to 182.00 pence on Wednesday.
