LONDON (Alliance News) - PZ Cussons PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Jez Maiden as a non-executive director, from November 1.
Maiden is finance director at FTSE 100 specialty chemicals company Croda International PLC, having previously worked at transport company National Express Group PLC, and as a senior independent director at chemicals company Synthomer PLC.
"We are delighted to announce Jez's appointment. He has held various senior finance positions throughout his career to date and is also an experienced non-executive director. He is an excellent addition to our board," Chairman Richard Harvey said in a statement.
