(Alliance News) - Industrial sector investment firm Papillon Holdings PLC said Thursday it appointed Nicholas Monson as its new chair and Anthony Eastman as non-executive director.
Monson is currently a director at Eight Peaks Group PLC, formerly known as Legendary Investments PLC. Meanwhile, Eastman - a chartered accountant - is an experienced natural resource sector financial advisor.
Papillon Chief Executive Officer Charles Tatnall extended a "very warm welcome" to Monson and Eastman.
"We believe their collective experience and extensive expertise in the financial sector, both in the UK and abroad, paired with the success of their previous positions, will be a significant advantage to Papillon," Tatnall added.
"I look forward to updating our shareholders in due course on progress with our investment in fintech company Pace Cloud," Tatnall continued. "We continue to review other investments as part of our stated strategy."
Shares in Papillon were untraded at 1.30 pence in London on Thursday.
