Coro Energy PLC - South East Asia-focused energy - Says it intends to appoint current chief executive officer of Oracle Power PLC Naheed Memon as a non-executive director. Says Memon has extensive experience in both the public and private sector in Pakistan and internationally.
Chair James Parsons comments: "I look forward to welcoming Naheed to the board and to her contribution across the business, including our regional business development."
