(Alliance News) - Management Resource Solutions PLC said on Tuesday that administrators have accepted an offer for the sale of all the plant and equipment of Bachmann Plant Hire Pty Ltd and MRS Services Group Pty Ltd.
The company said the administrators have now recommended that in the absence of a more attractive solution, the Australian companies will be placed into liquidation which would result in the entire workforce being made redundant.
Accordingly, the company has lodged a proposal to purchase some assets and liabilities of MRS Services Group and would need GBP2 million in order to fund the proposal.
The company said details of the capital raise will be put to shareholders once finalized.
