LONDON (Alliance News) - Maintel Holdings PLC said Thursday it had appointed Kevin Stevens to the board as Group Operations Director, with effect from January 1 2014.
Stevens has been with the company since 2010 and has been a director of the main trading company, Maintel Europe Limited, since December 2011.
He currently holds 1,547 ordinary shares in the company and is beneficially interested in a further 436 shares, in aggregate amounting to 0.02% per cent of the company's issued share capital, said the firm.
Shares in Maintel were trading up 3.5% at 600 pence per share Thursday afternoon.
